De huidige zaakvoerders Bruyneel Ludo en Oosterlinck Patrick, beëindigden de
werkzaamheden begin 1986 bij een gereedschapsmakerij om een zelfstandige
zaak te starten.
De doelstelling was om een gespecialiseerd toeleveringsbedrijf in de
precisiemechaniek uit te bouwen.
Evolutie:
Gestart met 2 personen vanuit het "niets" en oorspronkelijk gevestigd in
huurgebouwen te Izegem, bevinden wij ons op heden met een 20-tal personen in
eigen gebouwen te Roeselare.
Zonder verzwakking is de stabiele groei terug te vinden in het feit dat er tot op
heden jaarlijks gemiddeld 1 werknemer en 1 computer gestuurde machine bijkomt.
Aanvankelijk werden logischerwijze alle opdrachten aangenomen, doch
gaandeweg werd de specialisatie opgezocht om steeds complexere en preciezere
onderdelen af te werken en dit meestal in kleine aantallen en met korte levertijden.
Met groeiend succes mogen wij dan ook steeds meer veeleisende topbedrijven op
onze klantenlijst noteren.
Toekomst:
Langzaam maar zeker zien we de wereld rondom ons veranderen. Meer lidstaten
in Europa, anti-globalisten, integratie van vreemdelingen, concurrentie van
lageloonlanden, ...
Uitbesteders doen steeds meer beroep op "gespecialiseerde" toeleveranciers en
dit op "wereldschaal"!
Binnen het gebied waarin wij werkzaam zijn, kleine tot middelgrote series,
speciale producten, hoge precisie en korte levertijden, zullen wij dan ook jaarlijks
passend investeren om maximaal te anticiperen op de vele nieuwe industriële
vragen.
Naast het uitbouwen van een zorgvuldige klantenspreiding en het samenwerken
met een waaier van ondersteunende toeleveranciers binnen onze sector, willen wij
vooral ons team van beroepsbekwaam personeel uitbouwen.
Een team van personeel dat met respect voor hiërarchie samenwerkt en waar
ideeën vanuit alle personen komen., Een groep mensen die met fierheid de
firmadoelstellingen nastreven, die de transparantie van beslissingen waarderen en
die onderling optimaal communiceren.
Na 20 succesvolle jaren, heeft onze ploeg alle vertrouwen in de toekomst. Ter
gelegenheid daarvan schonken wij onze firma dan ook een gloednieuwe naam "bosolutions"
met natuurlijk daarbij een passend nieuw logo.
Activiteiten
bo-solutions kan precisieonderdelen maken voor "alle" machinebouwers en binnen "alle"
sectoren van de industrie.
Wij zijn sterk aanwezig binnen de toelevering van hydraulische componenten, onderdelen
van pompen en stukken voor motoren. Evenzeer zijn wij prominent aanwezig als partner
van bedrijven die bv. werkzaam zijn in de industrieën zoals petroleumontginning, de
voedingsindustrie en voor machines in de farmaceutische wereld.
Tot slot van deze onvolledige opsomming zien wij ook steeds vaker design producten
opduiken in het orderboekje.
Dankzij onze kleinschalige structuur en verregaande flexibiliteit zijn wij met onze moderne
organisatie in staat om opdrachten binnen de kortst mogelijke tijd uit te voeren.
Diverse uitbesteders doen ook een beroep op bo-solutions om projecten samen te
coördineren.
In een sfeer van perfect "co-makership" staan wij dan bv. gedeeltelijk in voor het ontwerp
en het bepalen van toleranties.
Vanzelfsprekend kan de klant dan ook bij ons terecht voor materiaalaankoop, thermische
behandelingen, montages van modules, testen van stukken en ensembles enz., ...
Finale controles gebeuren tot slot in een zeer ruime, geacclimatiseerde ruimte waar wij
over de modernste meetapparatuur beschikken.
Slijpen
Rondslijpen tot diameter 250 mm x 1000 mm.
Vlakslijpen 1500 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm.
Centerless tot diameter 100 mm.
Honen tot diameter 200 op lengte van 600 mm.
Leppen tafel van de lepmachine is diameter 800 mm.
Freeswerk
Tot 1000 mm x 800 mm x 800 mm.
Draaiwerk
Tot diameter 450 mm op lengte van 2000 mm.
3D-Controle
In geacclimatiseerede ruimte tot 2000 mm x 1000 mm x 500 mm.
Montages
Diverse voormontages moeten wij uitvoeren, testen en met certificaat uitleveren.
Thermische behandeling
Vele soorten nabehandelingen laten wij uitvoeren in afspraak met onze klanten.

Le départ:
Actuellement, les admistrateurs sont Bruyneel Ludo et Oosterlinck Patrick.
Avant commencer leurs activités en 1986 en tant qu  indépendants, ils étaient
tous deux salariés dans une usine produisant des outils.
L objectif était de créer une société de sous-traitance spécialisée dans la
mécanique de précision.
L  évolution:
Au départ, l affaire était composée de 2 personnes qui démarrèrent
modestement dans des bâtiments de location situés à Izegem. A présent, la firme
est composée d une vingtaine de personnes, et est établie dans des bâtiments
spacieux dans une zone industrielle à Roeselare.
Sans affaiblissement, la croissance stable est à retrouver dans le fait que jusqu  à
présent nous engageons annuellement en moyenne1 employé et achetons 1
machine gérée par ordinateur.
Initialement toutes missions ont été acceptées logiquement, mais graduellement
la spécialisation a été cherchée pour finir les pièces plus complexes et précises
et ceci le plus souvent dans les petits nombres et avec les mieux délais de
livraison.
Avec le succès grandissant, nous pouvons noter sociétés de sommet de plus en
plus exigeantes sur notre liste de clients.
L  avenir:
Lentement mais surement, nous voyons changer le monde. Davantage des
membres dans l union Européenne, des anti-mondialistes, l  intégration de plus en
plus d étrangers, la concurrence des pays à bas salaires,...
Les acheteurs font appel de plus en plus aux sous-traitants "spécialisés" et à "l 
échelle mondiale"!
Dans le domaine de nos activités, nous fabriquons des petites et moyennes
séries de produits spéciaux, de produits de haute précision, et avec des délais
de livraison réduits. Nous prévoyons de continuer à investir annuellement de
manière à anticiper les multiples questions nouvelles de l  industrie.
Outre le développement d une clientèle variée et d  une collaboration avec un
éventail des sous-traitants de qualité en notre secteur, nous nous appliquerons
au perfectionnement de notre propre équipe.
Une équipe de personnel qui, tout en respectant pour la hiérarchie, collabore et
amène des idées nouvelles. En résumé, nous travaillons avec un team de
personnes qui poursuit avec fierté les objectifs de la société, qui apprécie la
transparence des décisions prises, et qui communique au maximum pour la
bonne marche de l entreprise.
Après 20 années de réussite, notre équipe regarde l avenir avec confiance. C est
à l occasion de cet anniversaire que nous avons gratifié notre firme un nouveau
nom " bo-solutions " accompagné d un nouveau logo bien approprié

En général
bo-solutions peut fabriquer les pièces de précision pour "tous" les constructeurs de
machines et de "tous" les secteurs de l'industrie.
Nous sommes très présents dans la sous-traitance de composants hydrauliques, de
parties de pompes et de pièces pour moteurs. Nous sommes également les partenaires
récherchés pour les sociétés actives, par ex. dans l' industrie d'extraction de pétrole,
dans l'industrie alimentaire et ainsi que pour l'équipement des machines dans le secteur
pharmaceutique.
Pour terminer avec cette énumération incomplète, notre carnet de commandes est de
plus en plus souvent sollicité pour des produits design.
Un délai de livraison minimum peut être respecté grâce à notre structure à échelle humaine,
à notre flexibilité exceptionnelle ainsi qu'à une organisation moderne.
C'est pour cette raison que de plus en plus d'acheteurs de sociétés de sous-traitance,
font appel à "bo-solutions" afin de coordonner leurs projets.
Cette atmosphère de "co-makership" nous permet par ex. de collaborer à un projet afin d'en
déterminer les tolérances.
Le client peut évidemment s'adresser à nous pour l'achat des matériaux, les traitements
thermiques, le montage des modules, tester les pièces et les ensembles, etc. ...
Enfin, les dernier contrôles sont réalisés dans un local spacieux et acclimaté où nous
disposons d'appareils de mesure les plus modernes.

The present business managers Bruyneel Ludo and Oosterlinck Patrick, end their
activities in the beginning of 1986 with a manufacturer of tools to start their own
independent business.
The objective was to develop a specialised supplying company in the precision
mechanics.
Evolution:
The business started with 2 people out of  nothing  and was originally founded in
rental buildings in Izegem, at present 20 people are working for us in our own
buildings in Roeselare.
Without enfeeblement, we can find the stable growth in the fact that at the present
we annually engage 1 employee and buy 1 computer-controlled machine.
Initially we took on logically all the offered assignments, nevertheless gradually the
specialisation was called on to continually finish off the more complex and more
precise parts and this mostly in small numbers and with a short delivery time.
With growing success we may list the most demanding top-companies to our
clientele.
Future:
Slowly but surely, we see the world around us changing. More member states in
Europe, anti- globalization, integration of foreigners, competition with the low-wage
countries, & 
Subcontractors appeal more and more to  specialised  supplying companies and
this on  a worldwide scale !
In our operative field nl. small to medium-sized series, special products, high
precision and short delivery dates, we will invest accordingly every year to
anticipate fully to the many new industrial questions.
Next to expanding a precise spread of customers and the co-operation with a
spectrum of supporting supplying companies within our industry, we mainly want
to expand our team of professional competent personnel.
A team of people who work together with respect for hierarchy and where ideas
come from every person.
A group of people who pursue the companies  objectives with pride, who
appreciate the transparency of the decisions made and who communicate mutual
optimally.
After 20 years of success, our team has the fullest confidence in the future. For
that occasion we gave our company a brand new name  bo-solutions  with off
course the not lacking new logo.
Activity
In general
bo-solutions can manufacture precision parts for "all" machine builders and within "all" the
fields of the industry.
We are very much present within the delivery of hydraulic components, parts of pumps and
parts of engines. Also are we strongly present as a partner of companies who e.g. are
active in the branches of, cultivation of petroleum, the food industry and for the machinery
in the pharmaceutical world.
Ending this incomplete enumeration, we notice we see also more and more design
products in the order book.
Thanks to our small-scaled structure and far-reaching flexibility, we- with our modern
organization are capable of executing orders within the shortest possible time.
Also various subcontractors appeal to bo-solutions to co-ordinate projects together. In a
sphere of perfect "co-makership" we are partially responsable e.g. for the R&D and
determination of the tolerance.
Obviously the customer can all on us to handle the purchase of the raw material, the heat
treatment, montage of modules, testing of parts, etc. ...
Final checks take place in a very large, acclimatized space where we make use of the
most modern measuring equipment.
Grinding
